The PrimeMotion radar sensor opens and closes automatic sliding doors safely and reliably. Thanks to the integrated direction detection, unnecessarily long open times are avoided.
PrimeTec & PrimeScan
To ensure the best possible personal protection, BBC Bircher Smart Access recommends combining it with the PrimeTec and PrimeScan.
While the PrimeTec monitors the main closing edge as an active infrared curtain, the PrimeScan is responsible for security in the side door area and the secondary closing edge.

Thanks to the large field width of up to 4.8 meters, only one sensor per side is required for very wide doors.
