Sensors for vertical doors

Various sensor components are available for the safe opening and closing of your vertical doors. BBC Bircher Smart Access offers you a comprehensive range of door sensor systems.

The tried and tested loop detectors can be used to activate the vertical doors. However, a radar motion detector such as the Herkules 2E is also ideal.
Electric safety edges can be used at the main closing edge. These offer the best protection for people and vehicles against being crushed or trapped in the door.

For reliable signal transmission, we recommend the ExpertSystem XRF wireless radio signal transmission system.
