Ever faster moving doors coupled with a high need for safety place high demands on the safety equipment of doors and therefore also on the signal transmission of tactile sensors.
All in one device
To achieve the highest possible security level automatically and at all times, BBC Bircher Smart Access combines security category 2 (with test signal from the control unit) and security category 3 (without test signal) in one device.
Smart test logic
If your control system has integrated testing, the test signal is taken over by ExpertSystem and the system is monitored in accordance with safety category 2, PLc. For control systems without a test signal or if the test input is not connected, XRF monitors the safety system independently in accordance with safety category 3, PLd and thus offers the highest possible level of safety in every situation.

Fast

With a battery life of at least 7 years and high interference immunity (EMC), wireless signal transmission is always reliable.

As a hybrid system, ExpertSystem XRF offers the option of selecting the security level between Cat. 2, PLc and Cat. 3, PLd.
