Maximum protection for access systems
Rail vehicle doors require robust and durable safety devices. The combined use of safety edges and step edge mats as well as pressure wave switches or presence detectors provides the desired protection for powerfully and quickly closing external doors.
On many bus doors, the tried-and-tested pressure wave switch, in combination with our safety edges, protects passengers from unwanted closing operations.
Safety edges for doors that are adapted to the shape of the vehicle or cable car are particularly demanding because they may be exposed to strongly fluctuating environmental influences. Infrared detectors inside the cabin are used as pulse generators for all applications.
Safety edges for bus & train doors
In combination with a switching device, a system of S-Line safety edges acts as reliable anti-trap protection on the main and secondary closing edges of the door. Thanks to its slimline design, the S-Line also blends particularly unobtrusively into the application area
Switch strips for luggage compartment flaps on the bus
On flaps or lifting doors, S-Line safety edges effectively protect against injury or damage and thus ensure safe loading and unloading of the cargo area.
